【摘要】：Thepurposeofthispaperistoproposeaninnovationsystemofmanagerialaccountingreports,whichisactuallyonthebasisofaccountingobjectives.Ontheonehand,asmanagerialaccountingisoneimportantbranchofaccounting(theotherimportantbranchisfinancialaccounting),someofitscharactersshouldbecloselyconnectedwithaccounting.Ontheotherhand,managersneedmanagerialaccountinginformationforenterpriseoperation(especiallyforinternalmanagementcontrol)decisions,so,managerialaccountingshouldalsobeinaccordancewiththeenterprise'soperationanditsmanagementcontrol.Therefore,combinedwiththeexistedresearchofaccounting(especiallyfinancialaccountingresearch)andforthedevelopmentrequirementofChineseenterprises,thispaperwillmainlydiscusstherelationbetweenaccountingobjectivesandmanagerialaccounting'ssystemandputforwardanideaofconstructinganapplicablereportingsystemofmanagerialaccountingbasedontheoperationmodeinChinesemodernenterprises.Thisstudywilldeveloptheaccountingreportsresearch(includingexternalreportsandinternalreports)bothinthefieldoftheoryandthatofpractice.
